Somebody purchased a car over a year ago from Fox and they screwed up his email address and used mine instead. I have called the dealership and emailed them to fix it, but still it is wrong. At this point I could have had all sorts of fun with the guy's data if I was a bad dude, but I'm not. So I'll just keep trying to get Fox Negaunee's attention by posting bad reviews!
Excellent, fast service. My truck developed engine trouble on the way to work. Called the service manager and he arranged for a tow. Had the truck fixed and ready to go by that afternoon.
Best group of people I've ever talked with at a dealership, very friendly and made you feel like you're part of their work family. For these reasons I will ONLY use Fox Negaunee for any services and auto sales from now on as long as I still live in the area!!!
