My boyfriend drags me to Marquette Powersports pretty often, mostly just to browse and wish and dream, lol. The staff have always treated us like we were special, no matter how we might look.One time while my boyfriend was talking to a salesperson, I decided to check out their Indian brand motorcycles. a female associate approached me and told me to get on a motorcycle and sit on to see how it fits me. I had a blast pretending that I was actually cool for a minute! LOL
Stopped in for an insignificant purchase and while I waited to checkout I had a quart of expensive 2 stroke oil stolen out of my backseat of my vehicle. I promptly made MQT Powersports employees aware of what had occurred in there stores parking lot. A staff member kindly accompanied me to my vehicle to see if the store cameras would have taken footage of the incident. After taking my word alone the particular staff member brought me back in the store and gave me a quart of oil to replace what had been stolen (the oil that was stolen was from a competing store). Compensation wasn't my goal, but rather to make staff aware of the incident. I applaud the customer service I received and I would recommend Marquette Powersports to anyone.
“I've brought my Honda 4x4 ATV there a couple of times to be worked on - 2 different issues. Both repairs were fine at a fair price. There was a little delay waiting for a part on one repair, therefore 4 not 5 stars. However I want to say that their repair department does a great job whether or not your equipment has been purchased from them - not always true everywhere.”
I was delivering 2 ATVs down here after hours. I called them if they could give me 10 extra min. Thats 6:10pm. They close at 6pm. They agreed. When I got here all the employees were outside waiting on me. They were funny and treated me with respect and helped push one of the ATV that couldn't start.
“I purchased a new 2014 Ranger 900 Crew last September. Along with the unit itself, I ordered quite of few accessories that had to be installed. I was impressed on how quickly the worked to get the unit ready for me for an upcoming hunting trip. Since purchasing the unit, they have been great to deal with, and if a problem came up, they were quick to address it. Great job! ”
