Have had multiple issues with receiving perishable items. They let packages sit in trucks overnight in Sub zero temps to include high temps situations as well. Routinely miss the delivery dates.
Convenient for picking up packages.....but you can only do it from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
This is now 3 times within 3 weeks that we have had a package mis-delivered to our address. It is the same person/address that the UPS driver can't get the right delivery address. I thought these jobs were had to get.
Never disappointed either the delivery but my delivery today was followed by the truck rutting up my lawn. Wish I could attach pictures. Pissed off!
Went in later on when all the packages undelivered came back. No one excepted us to be there but they did search around for the package.
