Very poor service. Women that answered phone was rude and man that came to service my hot tub sure does not know what he is doing! I had to have someone else come fix his screw ups! Whatever you do-----do not go here ever!

After much research, we just purchased a hot tub from the Rec Depot, what great service! Very honest, super knowledable and gave advice that even saved us money. We were really impressed with everything. They back what they say! Would highly recommend, thanks Rec Depot.
Not quite sure why this person was so harsh. I had a great experience. Please do make your decision based on the other review. The lady I spoke to was very kind and helpful and I felt like she had my best interests at heart.
