Our vehicle broke down while we were on vacation from Texas and these guys were super helpful. Had the part we needed and even called garages to find somewhere that could get us back on the road the same day.
We were on a long road trip and had our alternator go out late Saturday afternoon. We were so fortunate to find the O'Reilly's in Negaunee Michigan!! Paul was exceptionally helpful with providing the part needed as well as the tools to get the fix done in their parking lot!! We probably would have been stranded for 2 days or had a towing bill that would have been crazy expensive being hundreds of miles from home.
Great service from people who know what they're doing. They also do free check-engine light code reads.
